Why do we do it?
Creating a great first impression is one of the most important aspects of sales.  After the first impression, there are skills and techniques that can greatly improve the chances of your client taking the next step.

What will we accomplish?
Training on how to answer a phone call, what topics to cover, how to manage the call, when to set the appointment, and how to close over the phone. 

What will I get out of this lesson?
Role plays and drills that can (and should) be practiced regularly.  Also, sales scripts for a BDM or Virtual Assistant to get necessary information, book appointments, and close.
