Initial Consultation

 Why do we do it?
The initial consultation is done to serve as a baseline for what we will do throughout the rest of the training.  First, we need to understand where you are at, to determine the direction you need to go.

What will we accomplish?
A full understand of where your company stands today regarding pricing, competition, service, and dozens of other aspects.

What will I get out of this lesson?
A SWOT Analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats).  This report will show what is happening in your market, and how to capitalize on those opportunities.

Competition Shop

Why do we do it?
Understanding exactly what your competition offers is huge part of being able to effectively sell your services.  If you can’t tell a client what your competition offers – that means, they need to contact them and find out for themselves.

What will we accomplish?
Get a thorough analysis of the competition by inquiring as potential clients and determine how your company stacks up. 

 What will I get out of this lesson?
A Competition Analysis report which will provide information on your competition’s sales process, owner experience, website, pricing, and other key factors that go into a homeowner’s decision-making process, when seeking a Property Manager.

Craft a Unique Value Proposition

Why do we do it?
If you cannot succinctly explain what value your company brings, there is very little chance that a potential client will want to hire you.  If you can’t explain why you should be hired, how can you expect someone else to know? 
P.S. – All companies think that they provide excellent service at a great price.

 What will we accomplish?
Determine what makes your company better than any other in your market.  Then, create scripts and stories that illustrate your stellar attributes.

What will I get out of this lesson?
A report that explains the value provided by your company.  Included in this report will be scripts that offer examples of how to deliver the value proposition in a proven and effective manner.

Pricing Model Analysis

Why do we do it?
Understanding your pricing, and how it compares to the rest of the market is crucial to the sales process.  Know what is out there, and what isn’t. 

What will we accomplish?
Gain an understanding of competitor pricing allowing you to speak intelligently about how your company compares.

What will I get out of this lesson?
An Excel sheet that easily allows you to compare your pricing to that of competitors by putting in a rental price, and a pricing guide showing what others charge.

Lead Magnet

Why do we do it?
A lead magnet is something of value you can offer to a website visitor in exchange for their contact information.  Having a lead magnet significantly increases the chances of a client offering their information.  However, not all magnets are created equally – we will recommend what works. 

What will we accomplish?
Determine what type of lead magnet will work best for your market and assist in implementation.

A fully functioning lead magnet to drive in leads.

Agent Referral Program

Why do we do it?
Building relationships with agents is an effective and inexpensive way to build a steady source of leads.

Analyze and discuss your current agent referral strategy.  Then, we will make specific recommendations on how it can be improved.

Why do we do it?
Goal setting is an important part of any successful organization: to accomplish any goal, you must first define it.
